Use of Products
Large Scale Sales: For information concerning large scale quantities, contact MYPRO Direct Sales
Prices: Prices shown are in # sterling and are subject to change. Please call us for current prices if you require this information prior to placing your order. We guarantee our written quotations for 90 days. When placing your order, please reference our quoted prices or our pro forma number. If you place your order by phone, we will confirm our current price at that time.
Price Changes: Shipment will be made promptly even if prices have been nominally increased. Price reductions will be automatically applied to your invoice.
All orders are subject to review and additional information may be requested. We reserve the right to discontinue the offering of any item without notice.

Warranties and Disclaimers
MYPRO warrants that its products conform to the specifications in MYPRO literature. Should a product fail to conform to its specifications, MYPRO may choose to replace it free of charge or refund the purchase price.
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, this warranty is exclusive and MYPRO makes no warranty, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. MYPRO shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or contingent damages.
For more information about the terms and conditions of sale, you should review our invoices and packing slips, or you may obtain a copy of our terms and conditions by contacting our Customer Service Department.

Return
Customers should inspect packages immediately on receipt and notify us within 5 days of any damage or discrepancies. Non-delivery of items must be reported within one working week of the agreed delivery date (assumed to be the next day following dispatch) for packages sent by first class mail or within 3 days for packages sent by other methods.
We will not accept unauthorized returns. Prior to returning goods customers must contact our Customer Services or Technical Services Departments to obtain a Returns Number and shipping instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return of authorized goods should be made within a maximum of 30 days of issuance of a
Returns Number.
We will accept goods back without question if sent out as a result of an error on our part. We will also accept goods back if there is a valid quality problem.
We will accept goods back if ordered in error by the customer providing they contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will not accept items that cannot be put back on stock such as diagnostic reagents, items shipped in wet or dry ice, reagents or standards which have passed their expiry dates, custom products or special orders, products missing parts or instruction manuals, books, computer software and equipment removed from original packaging. Similarly we will not accept items that cannot be put back on stock because the goods have been opened or the packaging and product labels have been damaged or defaced. Returns accepted for items ordered in error may be subject to a handling fee of 15% of the value of goods returned subject to a minimum charge of € 10. We reserve the right not to credit if the goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition, in which case the returns fee may still apply.

Despatch
Orders are usually dispatched the day they are received. There is NO MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE.
U.K.
Certain items may not be admissible for postal routing for reasons of weight, hazardous nature or restrictions of other kinds.
OVERSEAS
Numerous restrictions and regulations govern the international transport of products. We strive to ship all orders without delay and to minimise delivery costs within these regulatory guidelines.
All orders prepared for shipment outside the Netherlands are FCA shipping point. The volume of our international shipments results in very competitive rates from our freight forwarders. For orders shipped through our designated carriers the costs are added to your invoice. You can choose other forwarders to handle your orders; however, such orders are delivered on a collect basis. Please note, we will only ship our products through an IATA approved freight forwarder.
Hazardous items and items that require customized packaging for shipment incur additional charges.. They are commonly shipped via air freight. Whenever possible, MYPRO consolidates air freight to minimise shipping costs.
